At Nishani, We are committed to ensuring our customers are always happy and satisfied. Are there any products that are not eligible for 
return or refund?

Discounted items are not eligible for return/refund. We cannot accept returns on discounted or sale items, including those purchased with promotional codes.

How will customers receive refunds (e.g., store credit, original payment method)?

Returns are refunded using the original payment method. In case of any inconvenience, please reach out to us through our website www.nishanistudio.com/return-order/  or email customersupport@nishanistudio.com duly mentioning your order ID.

What are the conditions for a product to be eligible for return (e.g., unused, original packaging)?

Please reuse the original packaging, ensure items are unused and undamaged, unaltered, keep them with labels and tags intact.

Is there a restocking fee for returned items?

No restocking fee will be charged.



Direct Shipping (Optional): If you prefer to send the product yourself, our team will provide you with the shipping address. After dispatch, share the AWB number, courier company name, and POD with us. Please use reputable courier services, as we are not responsible for any loss during transit.

Will customers be responsible for return 
shipping costs?

No, we will arrange for pickup at our cost. We will arrange a pickup from your address, and share the shipping label within 48 hours from request raised. However, if customer opts for direct shipping option, in such case Company is not responsible for reimbursement of any type of cost incurred during shipping of returned goods.

What is the typical processing time for refunds after a return is received?

Once we receive and ensure that the goods are in the original condition, we’ll process your refund within 10-15 working days.

How long will the order take to arrive?

In major cities (Tier 1), we aim to deliver within 3-5 business days. In smaller towns (Tier 2), it may take up to 7 business days. We use trusted couriers to ensure your jewellery arrives safely, and we’ll provide tracking info once your order is on its way.

Exchange & Repair Policy

Do you offer product exchanges? 
If so, what is the process?

No, we do not offer exchanges. However, in the case of defective goods, we will
provide a replacement with the same product within 15 working days of acceptance of defective goods.

Can customers cancel their orders? If so, what is the cancellation window?

You can cancel orders within 24 hours of order placement through our website www.nishanistudio.com, post that orders cannot be cancelled. In case of any issues, kindly email us at customersupport@nishanistudio.com within hours of order placement.

Are custom or personalized orders eligible for cancellation?

We are unable to process cancellations after 24 hours of placing the order.

How are refunds handled for cancelled orders?

Cancelled orders are refunded to the original payment method. In case of any inconvenience, please reach out to us through our website or email (customersupport@nishanistudio.com) duly mentioning your order ID.

Are there any regions or countries where Nishani does not ship?

We only Ship in India.

Will customers receive tracking information for their orders?

Once you have placed an order on our website, our system puts your order into the process. After the order is dispatched, a unique tracking identity number is sent to you on your registered email, mobile number via SMS. You can track the status of the order delivery on the logistic partner’s official website using the unique tracking identity number.

How do you handle lost or damaged shipments?

As we ship your orders via third-party shipment agencies, we want to ensure that the parcel reaches you intact and in good condition. Therefore, we request you to always record an unboxing video and take images of the same along with a timemark. Specially, in case you receive a damaged, broken, or opened parcel, we request you to record a video and take images of the same and not accept the order. Kindly share such videos and images within 48 hours of the delivery to our email id customersupport@nishanistudio.com along with the order number in case of any concern, so that we can use the same to resolve the issue for you at the earliest and settle claims with the shipment agency.

Available repair policy for damaged products:

At Nishani Studio, we are committed to providing high-quality jewellery and customer satisfaction. If your jewellery requires repair, we are happy to assist under the following conditions. Our repair services are available for jewellery purchased directly from us, and we cover damages due to manufacturing defects. However, damage caused by misuse, neglect, or external factors is not eligible for free repair.

Repair services include broken chains, clasps, resizing of rings or bracelets, fixing damaged stones or settings, and restoration of tarnished finishes (if applicable).

Repair charges will be applicable for any damages that are not related to manufacturing defects. Shipping charges to send the jewellery to us for repair will be borne by the customer.

Once we receive your jewellery, we will provide a repair estimate and timeline. After approval, we will proceed with the repair and notify you when it’s completed. For any questions or concerns, feel free to reach out to us at customersupport@nishanistudio.com. We are here to assist you.
