Warranty

What is covered

Every Nishani piece is designed in Jaipur and crafted to the highest quality standards. We stand behind our work and offer a 6-month warranty on all Nishani jewellery from the date of purchase.

Our warranty covers:

•       Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship

•       Authenticity of sterling silver — all our pieces are genuine 925 sterling silver

This warranty is a voluntary manufacturer's warranty and is in addition to — not a replacement for — any rights you have under applicable consumer law.

What is not covered

Our warranty does not cover:

•       Damage from improper handling, accidents, or misuse

•       Normal wear and tear over time

•       Damage from failure to follow our care instructions

•       Modifications or attempted repairs carried out by anyone other than Nishani

•       Loss of stones or damage caused by external impact

Making a warranty claim

To make a warranty claim, please email info@nishanistudio.com with your order ID, a description of the issue, and a clear photo. Please retain your invoice or delivery receipt as proof of purchase.

If your exact piece is unavailable for replacement, we will provide store credit valid for 60 days. All warranty decisions are made at the discretion of Nishani and are final.

Our Site may include links to third-party websites or tools. These are provided for your convenience only. We have no control over the content or practices of third-party sites and accept no responsibility for them. We recommend reading the privacy and terms policies of any third-party site you visit.
